Farmlands

Farmlands seem to be as plentiful to Upstate New York as tall buildings are to a city. Although so commonplace, there is something I am always so drawn to about them. Perhaps in their essence I see the weathering of many seasons, and a reminder of a simpler way of life that I find myself so often yearning for.  ~Rita

  1. Very nice — especially the old barn. Where I live, the aged ones that have fallen are mostly replaced by these hulking silver steel things. Quite ugly. It’s great to come across an ‘old red’. Cheers!
